Found the floor in the en-suite was a bit wet. Leak somewhere, suspect the shower basin.
So, ripped out the floor that I could get to:
Then put in bracing and a temporary floor whilst we went shopping for parts:

Removed the old shower and ripped up the damaged floor and put new floor in place (noting no wood seems to come in 18mm thick anymore):

Good place to hid wiring for the towel rail that is too large to go between toilet and vanity:

Shower back and tray fitted:
Head and mixer on:
Bloody heavy shower doors in place:
Tiles going on:
Nice green wall, mirror cabinet, and tile trim:
